Eligibility

Anyone may browse the site, but certain features require an account and confirmation that you are 21 or older. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Loyalty program

Points, badges, tiers, and rewards have no cash value, may change or expire, and are void where prohibited. We may adjust the program or correct errors at any time.

Reservations, events, and tickets

Reservations and RSVPs are requests and subject to availability and confirmation. Event tickets and any refund terms are described at the point of purchase once payments are enabled.

Speed dating and community conduct

Participation requires a paid profile and respectful behavior. We may remove, suspend, or ban anyone for harassment, misrepresentation, or unsafe conduct. Contact information is shared only on a mutual match.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or upload unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend access for violations.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Havana Restaurant & Bar and Elevate El Paso are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
