Account details you provide: name, email, phone, and password (passwords are stored only as secure hashes by our authentication provider).

Reservations, private-event inquiries, RSVPs, and loyalty activity such as points, badges, and items you log.

Limited device and usage data needed to operate and secure the site. Payment details, when payments are enabled, are handled by our payment processor and not stored by us.

How we use information

To provide reservations, events, the loyalty program, and the speed dating product; to respond to your inquiries; and to send confirmations and, with your consent, notifications.

To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase for authentication, database, storage, and hosting; an email service to send confirmations; and, once enabled, a payment processor (Stripe). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Age requirement

Havana is a 21+ venue. Certain features (the loyalty/gamification program, the speed dating product) require you to confirm you are 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Your choices and rights

You can update your account, turn notifications on or off, and request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us. We honor applicable privacy rights under Texas and U.S. law.

Security and retention

We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls, and retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
