Wobbly coconut pudding dusted with cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • · 2 cans coconut milk
  • · 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • · 1/2 cup sugar
  • · Pinch of salt
  • · 1 tsp vanilla
  • · Ground cinnamon

Steps

    Whisk coconut milk, cornstarch, sugar and salt.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring, until very thick.

    Stir in vanilla and pour into a mold.

    Chill until set and dust with cinnamon.
