Corn tortillas rolled around chicken and bathed in a bright tomatillo salsa.

Ingredients

· 12 corn tortillas
· 2 cups shredded chicken
· 1 lb tomatillos
· 2 serrano chiles
· 1/2 onion
· 2 cloves garlic
· Crema and queso fresco
· Cilantro

Steps

Boil tomatillos, chiles, onion and garlic, then blend into salsa.

Simmer the salsa briefly with salt.

Dip tortillas in warm salsa, fill with chicken and roll.

Top with more salsa, crema, queso fresco and cilantro.
